Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

US Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping takes 4-8 business days from the date of dispatch. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $49.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, VELUSKIN is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at info@veluskin.com.
