30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your VELUSKIN purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
How to Request a Return
Email us at info@veluskin.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of receiving your order. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Eligibility
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund. We cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@veluskin.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
